Custom butchering to your specifications
USDA inspection, vacuum sealing, and labeling
100% organic, grass-fed, and finished beef raised on Briarmead Farm’s rotationally grazed pastures.
Pricing:
The listed price ($50) is a deposit. Final pricing is based on the actual hanging weight at the butcher at $4.50-$4.95 per pound. A discounted rate applies if both sides have identical custom butchering preferences.
Final payment is invoiced, minus the deposit, and collected when the order is ready for pick-up.
Approximate Hanging Weight: Small-Medium - 200-300 lbs, Medium-Large - 300-400 lbs
